The OneGrill Weber Fit Stainless Steel Rotisserie Kit is designed for the Weber enthusiast who wants a better choice for rotisserie cooking. Featuring the OneGrill 25 lb. Matte Black Cordless Motor with a weather matte painted housing, an anti-backlash gear train for smooth operation of unbalanced loads, and relaible operation through a unique internal gear reduction. The multi-fitment 3/8" square spit rod, 4 prong forks, multi-generational bracket, and counter balance system are all constructed of 304 stainless steel for a long, rust resistant life under daily use conditions. This kit will fit the following 3 burner* Weber gas grills. Weber Genesis II Series gas grill models: E-310, E-315, E-330, E-335,S-310, S-335, S-345, SE-310, SE-330, SE-335, LX E-340, LX S-340. Genesis Series gas grill models: E-310, E-320, E-330, S-310, S-320, S-330, EP-310, EP-320, EP-330. Spirit series grills as follows: E-310, E-320, E-330, S-310, S-320, S-330, SP-310, SP-320, SP-330. Spirit II series gas grill: E-310. Also fits older model Weber gas grills with a grill base measuring 23.75" and 24.625". Please be advised that cordless motors, such as is included with this kit, will produce more audible noise than a plug in electric type motor. This is to be expected and is the byproduct of incredibly high torque and power efficiency from just 2 D-Cell batteries (not included).*25 lb. limit assumes perfect balance. For most scenarios a 15 to 20 lb. limit is achievable due to unforeseen imbalance conditions. This kit is backed by the OneGrill 1 year "No Hassle Warranty".

Why Choose This OneGrill Rotisserie Over the Manufacturer or Other Brands?
-Portable Versatility: Features our premium matte black cordless motor for those times when an electrical outlet is not available or use of an extension cord is not desired. Runs for up to 36 hours on a single set of D-Cell batteries.
-Heavier Materials: Features a premium solid, single piece 3/8" square rotisserie spit rod. Compare this to the thinner 5/16" square multi-piece thread together spit rods seen on competing brands.
-Better Materials: Featuring premium 304 food grade stainless steel in all metal components (excluding steel motor). Includes: motor mounting bracket and hardware, spit rod, rotisserie forks, and entire counterbalance system. Compare this to the lower quality (not rust resistant) grades of stainless steel seen in comparable brands. Typically lower cost 216 grade stainless, which aesthetically is similar, but does not have the naturally anti-bacterial characteristics of 304 grade stainless nor the long term rust prevention characteristics. We also do not utilize a plastic case on our motors. This allows the motor to breathe better and evacuate heat, ultimately allowing for better rotisserie motor performance. Comparably, plastic cased motors as seen on competing kits remain cooler to the touch, but also insulate the heat inside the motor.
-Single Piece Spit Rod: All OneGrill rotisserie systems include a solid, single piece spit rod. The reason for this is simple. Multi-piece spit rods simply do not have the same strength or reliability in comparison to a single, solid piece of machined stainless steel. In comparable brand kits you will typically find 2 detriments to rod strength. The first is that many will feature a thread together spit rod, typically 3 pieces. This allows those manufactures the benefit of fitting more grills with a single rotisserie kit and for keeping shipping sizes slightly lower (cheaper for them), but also has all of the drawbacks of a multi-piece spit rod including a flimsy overall finished product and more pieces that you as the consumer must assemble, re-tighten regularly, and keep track of. The second detriment is the rod girth. For our Weber fit systems we utilize either 3/8" square for our smaller/mid-sized grill systems or 1/2" hexagonal spit rods for our larger grill fitments (each system marked). Comparable kits will utilize 5/16" square spit rods for smaller and mid-sized grills and 3/8" square for their largest models. Pair this with a thread together design and the strength isn't even competitive.
-Smarter Handle: Our kit includes a high heat nylon cast handle to allow for real insulation from the heat traveling down the spit rod during a rotisserie session. Comparable kits utilize an all metal handle, which is aesthetically pleasing, but does not even begin to satisfy the function of a rotisserie handle. An all metal handle will dissipate heat at the same rate as the remaining spit rod. This simply means with our system the handle will remain much, much cooler and provide for easier removal.
-A Counterbalance: The OneGrill system includes an entirely stainless steel, fully adjustable counterbalance system. This allows for increased capacities abilities and smoother overall operation. Ultimately this provides for not only a more enjoyable smooth operating rotisserie, but also adds life to the motor by allowing for minor imbalance to be removed from the rotisserie during a cooking session. Most comparable systems, including the manufacturer brand, no longer include this crucial component.

- 1) Why would I choose to buy this OneGrill rotisserie system over the popular name brand version?

- - Materials: Unlike other kits available on the market OneGrill use only the highest quality food grade 304 rust resistant stainless steel for all food surfaces in this kit. By comparison many competitors employs the usage of chrome plated steel or lower quality stainless, which can lead to surface rust and overall decay of the unit over time.
- Motor: This kit features a cordless option that simply isn't available from competitive options. Although the cordless option is not as robust as an all electric model, this option provides for a convenient option without the need for an extension cord. Featuring an integral anti-backlash gear train this motor can handle loads up to 25 lbs. perfectly balanced and with a high quality battery can spin for up to 36 hours before a battery replacement is needed. This is generally more than a season for the average rotisserie griller. -Handle: The OneGrill kit featured here employs a high quality nylon handle that allows for a cooler surface when removing the spit rod from your very hot grill. By comparison the name brand model employs a metal loop handle or solid metal handle that directly conducts the heat of the grill and requires the usage of gloves to remove the spit from the grill. -Forks: The forks included with this kit are 4 prong staggered length forks. Additionally, the fork tines have been staked (friction clamped) into the solid mounting hub. This provides for unsurpassed rigidity and guarantees there is no tack weld to break loose when cooking a heavy or imbalanced load. By comparison other units often employ a 2 prong design which greatly limits clamping force and variability for differing load types. These 2 prong forks are very weak and are often the first part to fail in these types of kits. This is generally due to the tack welded construction to a sheet metal bracket. -Bracket: Fully 304 stainless steel ensures the portion of the rotisserie that is constantly subjected to the weather is rust resistant. OneGrill additionally employs the usage of fully stainless steel mounting hardware to ensure appearance and easy removal are retained. By comparison the competition employs a low grade stainless or chrome plated bracket that is guaranteed to show surface rust over time. They also do not include fully stainless steel hardware which can lead to corrosion and difficulty in removing the bracket at a later time. -Counterweight: The included 304 counterweight system which is completely absent in the name brand model, allows for accurate counterbalancing of the load; even while cooking.
2) Which is better, cordless or electric motors?
-Generally speaking the electric motors OneGrill supplied in all of our electric kits are preferred by most simply due to the significant power available with them. That being said, both motor types have notable features that make them both appealing to different customer needs. Cordless Motor Advantages: No need for an extension cord Runs for up to 36 hours on a single set of D-Cell batteries Is portable and can be used when electricity is not available Can turn most loads capable of fitting into a Weber gas grill (up to 25 lbs. perfectly balanced) Can accept AC adapter (sold seperately) for electrical power Is lower cost Electric Motor Advantages: Do not need to worry about batteries dying Extremely powerful for loads up to 50 lbs. 3) What grade of stainless steel is used?
We use only 304 grade stainless steel for all stainless steel components in this kit. This type of stainless steel is considered the best available for rotisserie cooking. The benefits to this grade of stainless steel are as follows: Will not rust through (surface rust may appear if the local water source has high levels of iron). Provides a naturally bacteria resistant surface. 304 stainless steel naturally deters most bacteria from populating on the surface. Can be cleaned with aggressive methods if necessary. With no coating to remove or chip, the materials can be scoured with much less regard. Surface scratching provides no further harm to the capabilities or life of the product.
